Whispering Hollow

★★★★★ 4.6 Editor rating

Whispering Hollow is a lovely, slow-burn adventure. You explore a small overgrown village, poke at everything, and slowly piece together what happened there. The puzzles are logic-based and mostly fair, though a couple had me stuck long enough to check a hint.

The hand-drawn art is the standout. Every screen feels like a little painting, and the ambient sound does a lot of quiet emotional lifting. There's no combat and no rush — you set the pace entirely.

Tap to move, tap to examine, drag items where they belong. Simple and intuitive. It's a few evenings of playtime, and I was a little sad when it ended. That's usually a good sign.
